Absolutely pathetic, room was smelling, bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. Bathroom was worst, WC was literally in filthy condition like a roadside public toilet. I asked the reception to at least have my room changed, they straight away denied and mentioned that every room is like this only.

No tap were working. Toilet flush was not working. Jet spray was not working. AC was centralised and was kept at 27.5 degrees the whole time. Nobody showed me to my room nor helped me carry my luggages. Dust and dirt all over. I stayed because I already paid and was supposed to check out after 10 hours. Worst experience ever. Also the real name of the hotel is The Vijay Park.

The property is very good. The people are also very nice, but the rooms are very poorly managed. The room had a bad smell, and we had to ask for spray. Soap was not given, and we had to ask for the second towel for two people. Although it was a little late - 10.00 pm, the empty dinning hall was also smelling like filed with air of liquor.
